In the past I hadn't tried to develop a philosophy, but it just transpired! What was I to do with all the pain
I had experienced over a lifetime. It hasn't helped me enjoy life! Or has it? It has made me more respectful
of others with pain. It has made me look past the doctors' prescribed methods to what was really causing this pain.
I'm, of course, not the first to do this.
At the side of this page there is a menu listing each type of pain I've gone through, and ways I have
found to alleviate it, or to make it less, or to live with it...
These are pains I've lived with for years.
